The English department got a new addition with Max Lanocha coming this year. In contrast with most other teachers, Lanocha will go by his first name in class, adding a personal touch between him and his students. His favorite thing about teaching is “getting to read all the stories, personal and fictional, that [his] students have to tell.” If Lanocha could meet anybody, he would love to hang out with Jimi Hendrix. In his free time, Lanocha really enjoys cooking, baking, and hiking with his dog, Bowie.
