Samuel is ‘that British guy’, a senior at Lake Oswego High School, and a newcomer to the Lake Views team, as well as the head of the Broadcast Department. Otherwise he just writes articles about his terrible taste in media. This, of course, happens when he isn’t playing video games, watching cartoons/anime, or drawing.
