Kyla Schmitt, a senior in her second year with Lake Views, is a copy editor and columnist for Lake Views. She likes to write opinions about topics she’s passionate about (politics, ethics, music and nature), as well as do investigative news articles. Aside from her role in newspaper, she enjoys playing sports, eating, spending time with friends, watching TV/YouTube, looking at memes, hiking and exploring the outdoors.
