Swimming season is starting up this year at LOHS, and it looks like it’s going to be a good one for the swim team.
Sophomore Ethan Choltus said, “We all have been working really hard to get better and ready for the season.”
The swim team has been working hard to prepare for this season, starting practice on and have been swimming after school every day since Oct. 13.
The swim team’s first meet is on Dec. 7 and they will have upcoming meets on the 14, 21, and 28, and the OSAA state championship is not known when it will happen.
LOHS swim team had good times overall and the swimmers have been improving thanks to the help of swim Coach Scott Raegen. The LOHS swim team has usually been pretty successful throughout recent seasons, and they hope to find success in the water this season.
